             Creating somethingיש מאין  is quite a task. This year, the inauguration of “Soundbytes” was exactly that. We had a concept, and with the help of the students on the staff, the concept became a reality. It wasn’t always easy, but from the time we started publishing we were basically successful in putting out an edition each and every week. If you look at the last page, you will see who the contributors were. Each one of the students on the staff played a crucial role. I would be remiss however if I didn’t make special mention of our “Editor-in-Chief” Yonina Fogel. Yonina’s diligence and positive attitude were major contributing factors to our success. She always said “Don’t worry, Rabbi Hagler! It will get done.” She was always correct! Thank you Yonina, and thank you to the entire staff for being so easy to work with in ensuring a terrific online newsletter. We hope you have enjoyed reading about the myriad of activities here at Bruriah and have enjoyed glancing at the photos as well as those few occasions where we managed to get the audio and/or video working.

There has been so much interest generated in “Soundbytes” that there have even been T-shirts designed for purchase. As we say goodbye this year, we look forward with eager anticipation towards next year and the improvement a new year will bring to our publication. Let me wish all of our readers a relaxing summer vacation which will soon be upon us.
