deliberation, on December 4th, the 7th of Kislev, the Israeli Supreme Court, supported by Condoleezza Rice, deemed the transaction illegal and the Jewish residents were told to evacuate. Instead, Israelis poured in from all over the country to show their support and to make a statement that the Israelis would not give up this piece of land. The government then sent troops to בית שלום to forcibly expel the protestors.

             This was a black page in Jewish history, as the media showed once again, Jewish soldiers were forced to  expel their brothers.
